Coupon Class Tonight

The girls at McGinty-Gordon & Associates have it going on with the couponing. Tonight, we had a second class for those that missed the first and some repeats that wanted to pick up any tips they may have missed in the original class. The oldies have figured it out and are excelling in their savings. The newbies looked a little bleary eyed by the end of class and shocked at the savings they have been missing. We not only talked about grocery savings but also discussed retail, restaurant, and medicine savings as well.

Past class members shared their savings and are still awed that they have saved so much. Once you coupon a couple of times and realize the savings, it is very difficult to pay retail for anything.

We have an exceptional student, Susie, who created a Coupon Board for the break room. The girls share and trade coupons. (Click on the picture to enlarge.) Everyone has different needs -- some need baby coupons, others want baking products and so on.

Susie also set up her own organizational system using a notebook. It is labeled and very organized. Organization is the key to quick couponing. I always share my system but follow-up with the fact that everyone has to find the system that works best for them. Over the last 7 months, I have tweaked mine a couple of times for better organization and making it faster for pulling coupons. Please comment and share your system or send us a savings tip.
