Salsa Chicken
- Put boneless skinless chicken in the crock pot.
- Mix 1 cup of salsa, 1 packet of taco seasoning and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Add 1 cup of sour cream and serve.
- Chicken melts in your mouth and has great flavor!
- Side suggestions: rice, broccoli, green beans, asparagus.
- Leftover suggestions: Shred chicken and add cooked bell pepper strips and onions and tortillas to make fajitas.
