Here is an easy, easy appetizer I put together for my family occasionally. It brings back fond memories of our time together in Italy. If you like cantaloupe and you like prosciutto, try it.

Slice a sweet chilled cantaloupe into cubes and wrap prosciutto around a cube (use toothpick to hold together). The sweet flavor of the fruit collides with the salty taste of the prosciutto. Gustoso!
