Tri-Color Easy Pasta Salad Recipe

I make this pasta salad all the time. It is quick and easy and now that spring and summer are here, this is a great one to take to picnics/brunches. Click on photo to enlarge -- it is a beautiful salad. I will give you the basics and then you can change it up.

1 bag Tri-Color Spiral Pasta - cooked
1 pack Feta Cheese cut in to small pieces
1 Red Bell Pepper diced
1 Green Bell Pepper diced
Green Onions to taste diced
Kalamata Olives (pitted)
Grape Tomatoes
Mayo
Italian Dressing

Mix all of the above adding as much mayo or Italian dressing as you wish. I use at least one small bottle of Wishbone Italian Dressing and some big dollops of mayo. If you like your pasta salad a little on the healthier side add more Italian Dressing. Anything goes with this salad. You want the salad to be moist, so you may need to add more dressing and mayo, especially on the second day.

You can change this salad around and switch out with some of the following:

Artichoke Hearts
Add Shrimp
Add Chicken
Purple Onion instead of Green Onion
Small corn on the cob.
Roasted Red Pepper chopped
Switch out the cheese.
Thank you Cissy for take this beautiful picture -- you're such an artist.
