If you have a recipe you would like to share, please link up and let's give it a test. This week any recipe is a go. Later on, we may set a theme such as salads, appetizers and so on.
I will start off with a recipe a friend shared with me a couple of months ago. I tried it and it was delicious and very easy to prepare -- and I like EASY. Here goes...
Crab Quiche
Mix together:
1/2 c mayo
2 T flour
2 eggs beaten
1/2 c milk
8 oz cream cheese softened.
Add:
1 pound crab meat (drained, picked, flaked)
8 ounces swiss cheese
1/2 c chopped green onions
Divide evenly between:
2 unbaked (9 inch) deep dish pie shells
Bake 350 40-45 minutes
Yields 8-10 servings
This recipe is great to serve any time but especially for a brunch with some fruit and maybe a side of cheese grits.
