One of my favorite salad dressings is the Bonefish Grill Citrus Herb Vinaigrette and I have tried to get the recipe but mums the word. Bonefish does not publish the recipe but there are many sites on the internet that try and mimic restaurant recipes.
Check out the Bonefish salad dressing at Group Recipes. Below is just one recipe posted, but also click on the link and read the comments posted by former/present Bonefish employees who don't really divulge the secrets but do give a couple hints to enhance the taste or maybe change things around in the recipe below.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 4 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl;
- Microwave on high for one minute or until the mixture bubbles rapidly;
- Whisk for one minute more until mixture forms an emulsion;
- Cover and chill for one hour before serving
Another cook at Bonefish shared a few secrets ... "lemon juice, minute maid lime aid, orange juice, red wine vineger, dijon mustard, granulated sugar, salt, pepper. Mix, mulsify salad oil, and mix in garlic." I think I will go with this recipe with above measurements, use the red wine vinegar, mulsify and not microwave and leave out the oregano and basil offered in above recipe.
Another good site is Copy Cat and Recipe Zaar.
There are a few variations but you can make it your own. Do you have any recipes to share? If so, link up.
